From the highest quality materials, to the hand-built wooden equipment models, to the reinforced sewing techniques designed to strengthen weight-bearing contact points, Portabrace production processes are designed to make their cases the toughest and most reliable products available. Living and working in harmony with nature is an important part of life in Vermont, and being eco-friendly to the community is as important to the Portabrace team as making quality products. Here are some things you may not know that Portabrace does every day to reduce waste and help preserve nature's bounty: -They never use exterior packaging. Portabrace cases are built to last so they don't worry about them getting damaged and they don't waste any extra plastic or cardboard. -They use precision auto-cutting machines to reduce discarded materials to an absolute minimum. -All foam and padding scraps are donated and used to fill Heart-2-Heart stuffed bears in Vermont. -Their production team has access to pattern instructions via wireless tablet computers so there's no need to print instructions, cut-schedules, or parts-lists.
