A-CW3S - Overview

The IDX A-CW3S is a power option for the award-winning CW-3 transmission system allowing the CW-3 transmitter or receiver to be powered by 7.2V Sony L Series batteries. This bracket is necessary for small camera systems that are required to stay compact and light weight. The A-CW3S attaches to a camera via shoe-mount or 1/4-20 screw and offers multiple mounting configuration for the CW-3 transmitter and re-ceiver. Equipped with a 7.2V DC plug and a USB power output, the A-CW3S can pass DC power to the CW-3 and any USB device (smart phones, remotes, tablets, etc.).

    • The above chargers are known to activate the DUO-150's `High Charge-current' protection circuitry. Non IDX chargers also have the potential to disable the DUO-150. The DUO-150 will become permanently disabled when a high charge-current of 5.2A or more is applied. IDX recommends charging the DUO-150 exclusively with IDX chargers.
      IDX recommends "Ground" shipping for DUO-150 batteries.
