The Kramer VP-14 is a 4 port extender for RS-232 data signals. It sends data from any single port to three other sources. Incoming RS-232 signals from sources like touch-screen control systems, personal computers, basically ANY type of control system are routed to 3 other RS-232 Ports. This allows you to control those 3 devices from a single serial port or card.
